About me

I'm a qualified and registered nutritional therapist working online and supporting people who have or had diseases involving abnormal cell growth alongside chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, want to improve gut health, malnutrition and I also support those with liver conditions including liver cirrhosis.

Having been diagnosed myself in 2012, I have particular insight into illness relating to the digestive system, chronic illness and the hospital journey. I support you by developing a dietary and lifestyle plan that suits you as an individual, using a wide range science-based analytical tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances.

  • I offer integrative support to people undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
  • I support recovery after surgery, overcoming fatigue and regaining your mental well being and confidence.
  • Dietary advice is given to support your individual lifestyle/cultural preferences.
  • Genetic, stool and blood testing can be arranged when necessary to support your condition.

We live in a body that many of us don't understand, increasing your knowledge empowers you to look after your self long after we have stopped working together. I help you to make diet and lifestyle adjustments to impact real change and promote greater understanding of your health condition, enabling you to live better.

I do not advocate nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice. Nutritional and lifestyle guidance compliments and supports diagnosed conditions.

I'm a member of:

  • British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT)
  • Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
  • British Society for Integrative Oncology. (BSIO)

I currently work via Zoom. You can easily book a no obligation 30 minute discovery call here. Alternatively, if you have any questions or would like to book a session please call or text me on 07950 325787 or send me an email.
