About me
I am an experienced and compassionate dietitian with over six years of professional experience, currently working within the NHS. My practice is centred on delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based nutrition care, with particular expertise in meal planning and nutrition support across a range of health conditions and life stages.
I have a strong background in evaluating individual dietary requirements and translating clinical guidance into practical, achievable, and culturally appropriate meal plans. My approach is firmly client‑centred, ensuring that care strategies are tailored to personal preferences, health goals, and social circumstances. This enables my clients to achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their nutritional wellbeing.
I provide personalised nutrition solutions to individuals, families, and underserved communities, recognising the importance of accessibility, inclusivity, and health equity in nutrition care. I am especially passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed food choices, rather than promoting restrictive or unrealistic approaches.
Through supportive, non-judgmental care, I help clients build a positive and balanced relationship with food while working towards their health goals. My aim is to deliver practical nutrition support that improves health outcomes, enhances quality of life, and supports long‑term behaviour change.
