Registered Dietitian

About me

Hi there

Would you like to be better informed and in control following a new diagnosis of kidney disease or diabetes? Perhaps you'd just like to feel better after struggling with IBS for years or experiencing the onset of the menopause. Or, would you like to free yourself from a joy-sapping dieting cycle and make peace with food?

How about a free 15 minute chat to see how I can help you achieve your goal?

My aim will be to help you understand what might be going on and offer practical guidance towards better health and quality of life. This may well involve focussing on mindset and, where appropriate, exploring your relationship with your food and body.

For many years, I have worked in leading teaching hospitals including Hammersmith Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and the Royal Sussex County Hospital alongside a private practice. I look forward to putting my experience into practice and supporting you with your current health concerns.

Do call me for a chat.

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
