About me

I'm Anna, a Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian. I am HCPC registered and a freelance dietitian at Nutritional Clinic.

I have experience working in various settings, including inpatient and daycare services and have supported many individuals with eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and co-morbidities including OCD, BPD, orthorexic beliefs and compulsive exercise.

At Nutritional, we offer online appointments through self-referrals and referrals from private Consultant Psychiatrists.

We use person-centred approach which involves taking the time to understand your needs and lifestyle and create realistic, practical, and supportive strategies to address food-related challenges. We strive to provide a safe and supportive space with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a First class degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters degree in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition from University College London.
