About me

Hi, I'm Angela, women's health specialist and founder of Nutrimente.

I support women who are struggling with hormonal and mood imbalances, fatigue, weight gain or gut health, whether linked to perimenopause or other conditions.

I work with a holistic and collaborative approach directed towards implementing healthy eating while improving physical and mental wellbeing

The aim is to make each, and every one of you feel the best version of yourself, and help you regaining your natural energy, strength and resilience.

You can expect:

  • Deep health and lifestyle analysis to understand the root causes of your symptoms
  • Functional testing (Stool Test, Hormone and metabolites test, Genetic testing, Advanced Blood test), if appropriate
  • Regular catch ups to support you in your diet & lifestyle changes
  • Inspiration and ideas on how to eat to suit your body and genetics

to guide and empower you to achieve meaningful long-term changes that work for your lifestyle and biochemistry.

My interest in nutrition began 10 years ago when I struggled with my own hormonal and gut problems. Doctors were telling me I was fine when in fact I wasn’t, so I took things in my own hands and discovered the power of nutrition and selfcare.

My approach to health is holistic and built around three pillars: Food (healthy eating), Movement (improved physical fitness) and Mindfulness (positive mental wellbeing).

I work with a limited number of women at a time in my clinic, so that I can give you the time and attention you need to reach your goals.

The aim is to help you feel your best and balanced self, whether that is having more energy, stable mood, sharper brain, deep and restful sleep, comfortable digestion without bloating, manageable PMS.

Training, qualifications & experience

I completed my training as a registered nutritional therapist at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London where I graduated with Distinction.

Every year I attend conferences, seminars, masterclasses etc to further my education and keep myself abreast of any scientific and therapeutic developments.

I am registered and regulated by the British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and I am a member of The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

Member organisations

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP)

The ANP is a professional Association representing Naturopathic Therapists. They are internationally connected and in touch with the politics of health and the safeguarding of natural therapies.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Some happy clients:

"I can’t rate Angela more highly, she is a very knowledgeable, professional, supportive and above all kind individual and nutritionist. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now, and through following her advice and guidance I’m feeling so much better in myself. She’s helped me with a number of health concerns, so much so that I’ve been recommending her to all my friends in Farnham (who have also been delighted with her service). You’ll be blown away by Angela’s knowledge of everything, it’s like talking to a medical professor. She’s also handled sensitive matters around genetic testing with kindness and support. I can’t recommend Angela more highly, she’s been wonderful in so many ways. Thank you Angela."

"Angela is fantastic. She went thoroughly through my medical background and nutritional routine and explained various  aspects of my nutrition that could be improved. Angela gave me a straight forward nutritional plan, and I have felt a lot better since seeing her. Highly recommend Nutrimente."

"I would highly recommend Angela. I saw her a few months ago to check in on my general wellbeing and some of my current problems. I think she’s amazing, professional and enthusiastic. She listened very compassionately and came up with a very comprehensive plan, which I could easily follow as it fit in my daily routine. I got what I needed from the sessions and more. I would 100% come back and recommend to anybody else."
