About me

Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck. They're often experiencing digestive symptoms, fatigue, hormone-related issues, food sensitivities, or a collection of symptoms that haven't improved despite multiple diets, supplements or tests. They're looking for support that better reflects the complexity of their symptoms, health history and lived experience.

While gut health is a central area of my work, chronic symptoms are rarely isolated to one body system. Digestion, hormones, energy, stress, and the nervous system are deeply interconnected, and lasting improvement comes from understanding how these pieces fit together.

My work is particularly suited to people experiencing chronic digestive symptoms, as well as those with other long-standing health concerns that feel recurring, difficult to make sense of, or resistant to standard approaches. Many notice their symptoms worsen during periods of stress, overwhelm, hormonal change, or increased life demands.

I work with adults experiencing bloating, reflux, unpredictable digestion, food sensitivities and ongoing gut discomfort as well as those experiencing fatigue, hormone-related symptoms, or a growing loss of trust in their body

My work combines evidence-based nutritional therapy, functional medicine principles and an experience-informed perspective. Alongside gut health support and nourishment, I place strong emphasis on connection, pacing, routine and nervous system regulation. In my experience, meaningful, lasting improvement often emerges when the body feels supported, understood and able to move out of patterns of stress, reactivity and protection.

Digestive symptoms often overlap with hormone imbalances such as PMS, thyroid dysfunction, perimenopause and other stress-sensitive health concerns. As a result, I support many women whose symptoms fluctuate with hormonal shifts, life stress, or periods of increased physical and emotional demand.

I offer online consultations and a free discovery call to explore whether working together is the right fit.

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017 and am a Registered Member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I work in accordance with their professional standards, code of ethics, and continuing professional development requirements.

My training is grounded in functional and naturopathic nutrition and covers digestive health, hormone balance, immune function, blood sugar regulation, nutrient status, inflammation, detoxification pathways, and nervous system regulation. This allows for a whole-systems, root-cause approach to care.

I specialise in supporting chronic and complex digestive conditions, including IBS, SIBO, bloating, reflux, food sensitivities, histamine reactions, dysbiosis, and inflammatory gut conditions. Many clients I work with experience symptoms that are long-standing, stress-responsive, or have not fully resolved with standard dietary or medical approaches.

Alongside nutritional therapy, I have completed over 200 hours of professional training in Compassionate Inquiry and somatic, trauma-informed approaches. This informs a nervous-system-aware way of working, particularly where stress and physiological load influence digestive symptoms.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

I am best known for working with people whose gut symptoms are persistent, stress-responsive, or feel “stuck” despite doing all the right things. My approach is nervous-system-aware and focuses on steadiness, safety, and sustainable change rather than restrictive diets or aggressive protocols.

I work particularly well with clients who feel anxious around food or symptoms, who have lost trust in their body, or who sense their digestive issues are influenced by long-term stress or health experiences. Sessions are paced, collaborative, and tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on building consistency and resilience over time.
