About me
I am a registered associate nutritionist and medical doctor and have spent a number of years in the NHS. I help women with weight management, improving healthy eating habits and I also love helping women on their motherhood journey from preconception through to the post-natal period.
I have a gentle approach and aim to support you in making achievable and sustainable changes bespoke to your individual needs and circumstance. I am a working mother so I understand the stresses and challenges life can throw but strongly believe that spending some time prioritising your own wellbeing is so worthwhile for your physical and mental health.
I offer a free 15 minutes discovery call for you to get to know me, how I can help you and answer any questions before you commit to working with me.
I offer 1:1 online consultations and you can either buy as a one off or as a package at a discounted rate. If you are interested in face to face in the Bath area then please do let me know as this is something I am currently looking to accommodate.

Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified from medical school in 2015 in Exeter and spent a number of years working in NHS hospitals and general practice. I completed my Masters in Nutrition from Kings College London in 2019 and have been involved in nutrition related activities since then.
