About me
Hello! I’m Alex, a passionate nutritional therapist with a key interest in women’s health, skin conditions, and weight management, helping you feel confident, energised, and supported.
I provide support for a wide range of nutritional needs, including weight management, healthy eating, food allergies and intolerances, hormonal balance, fatigue, stress, and challenges like binge eating. I also have experience helping clients who follow vegetarian and vegan diets, creating plans that are practical, balanced, and tailored to your lifestyle. Together, we’ll develop a personalised approach to help you feel confident, energised, and fully supported in achieving your health goals.
My approach is holistic, looking beyond diet to lifestyle, stress management, and environmental factors that impact your wellbeing. Whether you’re experiencing irregular cycles, hormonal imbalances, weight gain or loss, or skin concerns, I’ll guide you through sustainable changes that make nutritious choices second nature.
How We Work
We start with a free introductory call to discuss your health goals and current challenges. You’ll complete a pre-assessment questionnaire and 3-day food diary, which helps me create a personalised plan. Our 1:1 sessions (face-to-face, video, or phone) focus on practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to your needs, with follow-ups every 4–8 weeks, or more often if you prefer, to track progress and provide ongoing support.
I also offer a mini nutritional assessment (£45) for a simple, actionable plan to boost your nutrition quickly, perfect if you want a short, focused overview.
As a proud BANT-registered nutritional therapist, I provide evidence-based advice in a friendly, supportive, and empathetic environment. Your success is my success, and I’m here to help you feel your best and enjoy life to the fullest.

Training, qualifications & experience
- DipCNM Naturopathic Nutrition / The College of Naturopathic Medicine

- BSc Hons Adult nursing / Cardiff University
I studied Adult Nursing at Cardiff University and earned my degree by the age of 21. I spent many years working as a nurse and nurse manager in London, where I gained invaluable experience and developed a deep understanding of the human body. I experienced working with many health conditions including diabetes, cardiac, respiratory, gastroenterology, musculoskeletal, wound care, epilepsy, learning disabilities, mental health, dementia, cancer, palliative care and many more. For a short period of time, I worked on the maternity ward in London, I gained experience with pregnancy, labour, surgery, recovery, breast feeding and general mother and baby health.
Throughout my nursing career, I never lost my fascination with babies, pregnancy, and the female body. In 2017, my sister became ill, which sparked a deep interest in nutrition. I began to research the impact of nutrition on health and wellness, and I was amazed by what I discovered. A few years later, I embarked on a course at CNM Bristol, where I learned about the power of nutrition and its impact on the body.
Since then, I have focused on women's health, skin health, overall vitality and weight loss. I am passionate about helping individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness.
I am now a full time nutritional therapist and love to help people through diet and along side medical professionals if needed.
