About me
I’m Agnieszka Sztuczka, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). My approach combines scientific knowledge with a holistic perspective to help clients improve their overall wellbeing through balanced, personalised nutrition.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Human Biosciences from Lancaster University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Nutrition from the University of Central Lancashire. My multidisciplinary background also includes over a decade of experience in pharmacy dispensing and new product development within the beverage industry, which allows me to integrate both functional nutrition and practical lifestyle guidance into my work.
I offer personalised nutrition consultations, meal planning, and evidence-based dietary education both online and remotely.
My focus areas include:
- Gut health and microbiome support
- Weight Management
- Stress and sleep-related nutrition
- Supplement advice and drug-nutrient interactions
- Immune support
- Dietary planning for liver health and metabolic health
My consultations are designed to support clients in improving their diet, energy levels, and overall health through achievable, sustainable changes. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and my services are intended to complement, not replace, medical care from a GP or specialist.
All advice is based on recognised scientific evidence and current Public Health England guidelines. Any information shared is for educational and wellbeing purposes only, and I ensure all communications follow the ASA and CAP Code requirements by avoiding medical claims or misleading language.
Training, qualifications & experience
Since I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), I am demonstrating that my education and practice meet nationally recognised, evidence-based standards.
My academic background covers nutritional biochemistry, microbiology, human physiology, drug design, biotechnology, human metabolism, organic chemistry, and public health nutrition.
As part of my postgraduate training, I completed over 1000 hours of hospital and community placements as a student dietitian, where I observed and supported clinical dietitians in assessing patients’ nutritional needs, planning hospital menus, and promoting healthy eating within clinical settings. This experience deepened my understanding of medical nutrition therapy, multidisciplinary teamwork, and the practical challenges of delivering nutrition support in healthcare environments.
Before specialising fully in nutrition, I worked for over 13 years in pharmacy dispensing, developing a strong foundation in pharmacology, supplement safety, and drug-nutrient interactions. I also gained experience in new product development within the beverage industry, formulating and testing energy drinks.
In my current practice, I combine scientific knowledge with a holistic and functional approach, focusing on gut health, metabolic balance, and lifestyle factors such as stress and energy regulation. I regularly review current research, systematic reviews, and clinical guidelines to ensure my advice remains accurate, ethical, and in line with AfN and ASA standards.
I offer virtual consultations and personalised nutrition plans for clients across the UK and internationally, supporting individuals in achieving sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle improvements.

Follow-up sessions (60 minutes) are also £80 and focus on tracking progress, refining your plan, and providing continued support.

Further information
My practice is built on the belief that true wellbeing depends not only on what we eat, but also on how well we absorb and utilise nutrients - connecting the science of nutrition with the individuality of each person. I take a whole-body approach, considering lifestyle, digestion, stress, sleep, and emotional wellbeing alongside diet.
I am committed to evidence-based practice and continue to expand my knowledge through current scientific literature, professional development, and engagement with the nutrition research community.
Consultations are available online and designed to fit around each client’s routine. I provide clear explanations, practical strategies, and realistic meal plans, supporting gradual, sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
My aim is to empower clients to make informed choices and develop a positive, confident relationship with food - one that supports both physical health and overall balance.
