About me
Hi, I am Adikha, a South Asian Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) in Public Health.
I provide personalised nutrition support for individuals of all ethnicities and backgrounds to help you achieve your health goals through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. I support hormone balance, weight management, fatigue, preventing cardiovascular disease, reducing long term health conditions and healthy eating overall. I work with my clients to create a practical plan that fits their lifestyle and supports lasting results.
I'm based in Greater Manchester and i have experience in delivering evidance-based lifestyle interventions within the Salford GP practices and the community, i do this by delivering NHS health checks, weight management sessions and Healthy lifestyles programmes for external community organisations. I support individuals to make realistic, sustainable changes to improve their health, with a particular focus on long-term disease prevention.

Training, qualifications & experience
- BSc (Hons) Undergraduate Degree in Nutrition and Health
- NHS health check trained
- Stop smoking support practitioner
- Over 4 years of registration with the Association for Nutrition
- Over 4 years of experience within Public Health
Member organisations
The Association for Nutrition is the professional body for the regulation and registration of nutritionists, including public health nutritionists, exercise nutritionists, and animal nutritionists.
The Association aims to protect the public and promote wellbeing by admitting to the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN) only those who demonstrate high ethical and quality standards, founded on evidence-based science.
It sets proficiency and competence criteria, promotes continuing professional development and safe conduct, and accredits university undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Nourish Your Gut - £250 (4-week programme)
Nourish your gut is a programme focused on gut health, lifestyle changes and personalised nutrition guidance.
Lifestyle Boost - £325 (6-week programme)
Lifestyle boost is a programme with more of a structure to support clients in moving beyond advice and start to make sustainable changes to their health.
Everyday Wellness - £700 (12 week programme)
Everyday wellness is a programme focused on personalised nutrition and lifestyle. We focus on hormone support and creating a healthy relationship with food.
A £10 deposit is due before each consultation, follow up or programme begins; payment on services can be made in instalments or as a one-off payment. If you have any questions about which programme is best suited to your needs, please get in touch, and I'd be happy to help.
