Training, qualifications & experience

I gained my degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London and I also hold an MSc (distinction) in international poverty and aid work, specialising in community-based projects.

I have been in clinical practice for nearly 15 years and work with adults, adolescents and children, applying nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences to promote health and wellbeing, peak performance and individual care. I have a strong track record in clinical compliance, functional testing interpretation and developing tailored nutritional interventions based on biomarkers, including blood, DNA, urine and microbiome analysis.

My areas of expertise include health optimisation for those with ambitious wellness goals, long-term weight loss (and support during weight loss surgery), digestive health, hormonal health (pre-/post menopause, hormonal disorders such as PCOS, endometriosis and insulin resistance, thyroid) and children’s nutrition (in particular those with neurodivergent challenges).
