I'm a Registered Nutritionist based in Marlow Bottom at Hands on Health Clinic, and I also offer Skype consultations.
I work with women over 35 who want to lose weight, supercharge their energy, and feel like the woman they used to be before having their children.
My clients find they are easily able to get back into clothes they thought they'd never be able to wear again, they have a spring in their step, and they start loving themselves again.
Using my Nutrition expertise and coaching skills, I show my clients how to enjoy real food again, without calorie-counting, and help them get their mojo back.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained in Nutritional Therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition
- Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons)
- Diploma in Nutritional Therapy
- Diploma in Personal Training
- Registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT)
I also undergo regular CPD training to continually further my knowledge and expertise.

I offer a 30-min complimentary phone consultation in order for you to tell me exactly what is going on for you, and what you may have tried before.
I work very closely with my clients over 12-week programmes, as in my experience 12 weeks is the optimum time to really make a difference and for me to fully equip you with the tools you need to continue on and maintain your new habits in the long term.
