About me

I am a fully registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Functional Medicine practitioner.

I work with busy professionals like you who are fed up of feeling tired all the time, are unhappy with their weight and just not feeling as good as they should.

I combine nutritional advice with health coaching to make sure  you reach your goals, so you can regain control of your health, feel and look amazing again.

With my easy to follow, tailored to your needs, nutritional programmes  you will feel energized and in charge of your health again.

  • BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy, University of Westminster.
  • Full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)
  • Full member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
  • Qualified NLP Practitioner and coach
  • Institute for Functional Medicine practitioner. I am certified to use their logo and procedures.

British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.


Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Prices start at £135.00 for an initial consultation (1hr 30 min).

A 60 Day Health Re-set Programme is £ 240.00 and includes 1 initial consultation plus 2 follow ups (45 min).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
