About me

I have a wide and varied career path, mostly high pressure careers, my health was not my primary concern and it started to suffer. Something needed to change and I went and saw a Nutrition professional. Having had a very positive experience of Nutritional Therapy from the perspective of a client, I realised that balance, good nutrition and lifestyle management were important factors in my own well-being. I needed to learn more so I went on to complete a degree in Nutritional Therapy.

I believe that we are all individual and nutritional interventions need to be personalised to reflect this. I practice using the functional model, this means that I assess underlying causes rather than symptoms presented and address concerns at a deeper level to work to obtain balance.

Taking into consideration current concerns, past history and your aims for your personalised intervention we, together, formulate a plan to fit in with your needs, lifestyle and budget. I work with a variety of complaints and have a particular interest in inflammatory conditions, womens health and healthy ageing.

We start the process with a free 15 minute phone call to discuss your needs and to see if nutritional therapy is right for you.
