About me

Victoria is a qualified nutritionist with clinics in London (Battersea & Harley Street). Her approach combines nutritional science with practical eating to help optimise individual health. Her skill is translating the latest nutrition research into personalised, practical, and enjoyable eating in order to fit in with you life and optimise your health or to support your specific health concerns and fitness goals.

Are  you stuck in a food rut, lack inspiration about what to eat or just confused about what you should be eating?

One to one consultations are used to evaluate your diet and identify areas for change. Personal consultations can also be used to support your fitness or weight management goals or to simply improve your diet and optimise your health. You will be asked to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire and food diary before your consultation.

A personalised, and practical, nutrition programme will then be prescribed to meet your individual needs. This will include diet and lifestyle recommendations, suggested foods to include/increase in your diet, foods to reduce, menu plans and recipes.

VMW Nutrition offers one to one nutritional consultations, corporate nutrition and wellbeing days, nutrition consultancy and nutrition and health writing services.
