About us
In my practice, I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, offering personalised nutrition consultations and private yoga sessions. I create bespoke programmes tailored to the individual incorporating a symbiotic relationship between nutrition & yoga (if desired).
What do I mean by symbiotic relationship?
It is not just what you put in your body that affects you. I believe in body-mind connection. I follow a strategy of "eat this & do this", combining nutrition and a type of yoga pose or sequence to help regain yourself.
My goal is to empower individuals to achieve more balanced health, self-love and confidence through an aligned mind-body connection with nutrition and yoga.
