About me

I’m Tom, founder of Wylde Nutrition—a practice dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition strategies. At Wylde, we combine functional nutrition, behaviour change science, and lifestyle optimisation to help you achieve meaningful, sustainable results.

I view food not just as fuel, but as a powerful tool for enhancing vitality, promoting metabolic balance, and supporting long-term well-being. My approach is holistic and client-centred, addressing both diet and the lifestyle factors that influence health on every level.

Whether you're focused on weight loss, looking to boost energy, optimise athletic performance, or cultivate a healthier relationship with food, I offer tailored, science-backed support that aligns with your goals and life.

Core areas of focus include:

Weight Loss & Body Composition
Sport Nutrition & Exercise Performance
Lifestyle & Wellness Strategy
Digestive Health & Low FODMAP Support
Sustainable Habit Formation
At Wylde Nutrition, we believe meaningful change is built on clarity, consistency, and care. Through ongoing collaboration, clinical insight, and strategic guidance, I help you cut through the noise and create habits that last.

Let Wylde be your trusted partner in health transformation—grounded in science, delivered with care.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold an MSc in Sport Nutrition and a BSc in Human Nutrition, which together provide a strong foundation in both the science of performance nutrition and the principles of everyday health and well-being. My academic background ensures that the guidance I offer is grounded in the latest research and best practice. I combine this knowledge with a practical, client-centred approach to help individuals make meaningful, lasting changes that align with their unique goals and lifestyles.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
