For ten years, Caroline worked as a professional Dancer and Model and is extremely familiar with the demands of a fast paced, exerting job with extensive travelling. Without the right nutritional knowledge and tools, her health declined and illness crept in. Caroline quickly had to learn ways to cope with the demands of her job and correct nutrition was the key to sustaining a happy, healthy life.
Experiencing this first hand, Caroline developed a passion for the power of good nutrition and it seemed an obvious career move. She completed 3 years training at The College of Naturopathic Medicine and is now dedicated to giving others informed and qualified guidance and personalised advice on how to sustain optimal health alongside the work and lifestyle demands of the 21st century.
In a consultation, Caroline listens to your main concerns and reviews your symptoms, diet, health history, family medical history, medications and/or other previous treatments. She then investigates how your various body systems and organs are functioning. Imbalances are then identified and the aim is to then work from the inside out, through natural foods, to address the real root cause of the problem. A personalised plan is then devised for you including food charts, recipes, supplement (if any) instructions, functional testing referrals (if applicable) and finally any exercise/lifestyle suggestion that may complement your plan.
Follow up appointments are strongly recommended to review your symptoms as well as the positive and challenging parts of the plan. The plan is then tailored further for you, in line with your adjusted needs, so it is suitable for the next stage of your health journey.
All nutrition plans are formed on evidence based knowledge and research. All information taken during consultations is completely confidential.
