About me

Hi, I'm Terri, welcome to Personalised Wellness!

I am a naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in Manchester City Centre & I am passionate about the power of food as medicine & how making some very basic dietary & lifestyle changes can dramatically improve health & wellbeing. I work both with clients who have chronic conditions & clients who are interested in disease prevention.

The naturopathic approach involves looking at the body as a whole & not treating symptoms. We will work together to investigate the root cause & address any underlying factors that are contributing to the way you are feeling now. As a qualified Nutritional Therapist I have at my disposal not only a wealth of knowledge but access to private testing companies & Practitioner brand supplements enabling me to offer you the very best & latest products in my Personalised Wellness protocols.

So whether you're tired of feeling tired, need help with weight management, improving digestion, women's health, looking to improve your mood, energy levels, sleep or you just want to learn how to eat better for long-term health, then take your first step to wellness & give me a call/text or drop me an email today.

I'd love to hear from you!

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist after studying at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Manchester.  After qualifying I returned to CNM as a volunteer Assistant Clinic Supervisor to support students in developing their clinic skills.

I am a full member of the professional regulatory body for nutrition practitioners, The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) & the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is the national voluntary regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners in the UK.

I am also a full member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) who assist their members to maintain the highest standard of competence.

I am committed to ongoing personal development & continue my education by regularly attending conferences & seminars which are at the forefront of nutrition science.

Further information

After turning my own health around through dietary & lifestyle changes I love to be able to make the same positive difference to my clients lives by educating them, in simple terms of how their health has come to this point & empowering them to take back control for a healthier future.

I do not believe in unnecessary dietary restriction & show my clients how we thrive from the many beneficial properties obtained through a diet diverse in colours.  Healthy eating doesn't have to be boring or restrictive!

If you'd like more information on my services & to find out more about why I love what I do, please visit my website or take a look at my blog on my website.

I'd also love you to come say Hi! & join the discussions on social media! (all links at the top of my profile)

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
