Pregnancy and the postpartum period is such a wonderful, scary, joyful, vulnerable time for women. So often we become focused on the baby at the expense of our own self-care. Don't forget - healthy mummy, healthy baby! And good health starts with what you choose to nourish yourself with.
What I offer: I provide guidance so that you can nourish yourself confidently, feel energised and enjoy your postpartum life with your baby to the full.
For more complex health concerns, I use evidence-based nutritional approaches to get to the root cause to support your health safely during pregnancy and after.
How I work: I run online group programmes and individual 1-1 personalised nutritional therapy consultation packages. I work entirely online, using Skype, Zoom or phone calls for consultations. I know from experience that the greatest change happens with peer support and coaching, and so I encourage active participation in private Facebook groups.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist. I studied the 3-year diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM). I am registered with BANT (the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and regulated by the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
I am also a qualified Natural Chef and place a focus on cooking and eating whole foods with a real-life, practical approach.
