Suzanne Abbott Dip. Nutrition, mFNTP reg, mFHT reg
Hi, I'm Suzanne, and I am passionate about improving the diet and health of those who are looking to make that change to a better and healthier life.
I spent a number of years trying to support my then teenage son back to health after conventional medicine ran out of options. Having succeeded by in depth research into topics on diet and nutrition, I decided that it was perhaps an idea to get qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritionist.
My first Diet & Nutrition Diploma, which I completed with a distinction, was with Stonebridge Associated Colleges. This followed by studying for a second Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition with the School of Modern Naturopathy led by the Principal of the School – Linda Lazarides, an acclaimed British natural health expert.
You are welcome to visit my website where you can find more information as well as testimonials from previous clients, or please call me for a 10 minute free advisory conversation.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Initial consultation (1 ½ hours) - £70
The first in depth consultation (approx. 1 ½ hours) will give me the opportunity to discuss with you how your health concerns might be linked to your specific diet or lifestyle and how we may be able to get to the root cause of the problem. We will work together to put an action plan into place that is realistic and fits in with your lifestyle. Following the consultation I will send you a full written report (included in the fee) with recommendations and suggestions, backed by evidence based scientific research, on how to implement changes you will need to make to aid you in fulfilling your goal. Prior to the initial consultation you will be asked to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire about your food preferences, lifestyle or food issues and a 1 week food diary.
Follow-up consultations (45 mins - 1 hour) - £40
These help to monitor your progress and to make adjustments to the initial plan as necessary. Follow-up consultations will usually take place about 1 per month, depending on your needs, guiding you in achieving your goal.
