About me
Hi, I'm Susan, a Registered Nutritional Therapist who helps women balance their hormones, gain energy and lose weight.
I offer evidence based nutritional support and always look to find the root cause of my clients symptoms. We all have a unique make up so my recommendations are bespoke to you and your needs. I am passionate about empowering my clients to make long lasting diet and lifestyle changes that will make them feel happy, healthy and energised.
If you are struggling with your hormones, energy levels or just can't lose weight, or would just like to know a bit more about nutritional therapy, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I offer a complimentary discovery call where we can chat about your health goals and concerns. This will also give us a chance to get to know each other and I can tell you a bit more about how I work and what you can expect. If you decide to book in, I will send you a questionnaire and food, mood, sleep and exercise diary to complete before the initial consultation.
I don't believe in giving my clients a plan and sending them on their way so I offer a 30 day or 12 week package. This way I can be their to support and motivate you on your wellness journey.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
