HELPING PEOPLE LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE
Nutrition is the provision of food and water necessary for your body to function. If you optimise nutrition, then you optimise function. Your own nutritional requirements will depend on several factors, including your activity level and your genetics. You can’t influence your genes but you are in charge of your lifestyle. I can help you make permanent lifestyle changes to ensure you optimise your nutrition.
A healthy diet can help improve many everyday conditions. Whether you already know what changes you want to make or don't know where to start I can provide you with guidance, beginning with a nutritional analysis of your average diet.
Weight loss - Weight management
If weight loss is your goal, then I will provide you with more than a diet and exercise plan; I will guide you through your weight management journey and together we will explore the options and find what works best for you to lose weight and to keep it off. Each of us is unique and one size does not fit all. The starting point will be your 7 day food diary, completed with honesty and as detailed as you can make it.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight or just maintain your weight, I provide nutritional advice that is sound and effective.
My vision - to provide you with the tools and knowledge to manage your own weight during all stages of life.
As a competitive powerlifter, holding world records in my weight class and age group, I know that good nutrition is essential. Whether you are a competitive sports person or you exercise for leisure and fitness your diet provides the fuel for exercise and also for recovery. The fuel that you need will depend on your sport or activity level.
I can help you optimise your nutritional intake giving you the power to achieve your sporting or fitness potential.
