"I had read a lot about nutrition and the impact it has on the body and mind. So I wasn’t sure how much more I would gain when I signed up with Stephanie. My goals were a combination of fat loss and energy level increase and a healthier lifestyle nearing fifty. Stephanie’s approach is great because she teaches you how to eat properly and combine foods (not just giving a diet), but also how to change habits and treat yourself (not always beating yourself up). I would highly recommend Stéphanie’s holistic approach. I used to look forward to the meetings and will miss them now I am finished! I exceeded all my goals on fat loss, energy increase while keeping my sanity and feeling great."
"After years of battling with binge eating and general bad dietary habits, I knew I had to break the cycle and would need help to do so. After much googling and looking at various nutritionists’ websites, I came across Stephanie’s and knew instantly that she would be the person for me. This was confirmed during our initial telephone call, following which I booked the Transformation Package. The beginning of the journey was as I expected, looking at food groups, healthy choices, nutrients, planning, supplements, etc, during which Stephanie’s approach was very gentle and informative. We then turned to examine the triggers for my emotional eating - of which there are many! - and with Stephanie’s support I was not only able to reflect upon each trigger, but more importantly, come up with my own suggestions for techniques to break the cycle. Stephanie created the perfect space and environment to enable me to do this challenging thinking, encouraging and supporting me throughout the process, whilst drawing upon her experience and vast expertise as necessary. Throughout our sessions, I never felt judged, and I felt listened to the whole time. I wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie to anyone seeking support towards a happier and healthier diet and lifestyle."
"I have always had an inkling that my mood was significantly impacted by my diet, but I have never known how to kick-start a change. From my first meeting with Stephanie, I knew that I was in excellent hands. She came across as kind, encouraging and I could tell that I would receive the holistic approach that I was seeking. Speaking to Stephanie on a weekly basis completely transformed my thinking process about food. My obsession lifted, and I felt much more in control of the choices I made each day. We discussed: a variety of recipes for different seasons, staple ingredients, batch cooking to help with my schedule, the importance of balance in my diet, ways of cutting out sugar, the impact of different foods on my mood and even my life goals. I found the whole experience really positive and this was due to Stephanie’s caring nature and constant flow of suggestions."
"I'm in my early 20s and have always struggled to get a hold on my weight - the desire was always there but on a day to day basis, food dominated. My issue was that I've never been critically over weight. It was never the end of the world if I did binge or miss exercise. What really bothered me was the mentality that came with this and the lack of will power.
Stephanie is helping me have control over food and to maintain positive focus on my health and well-being. She is patient and calm and never judges, which - for someone hesitant to admit they have a problem - is really reassuring. Stephanie lets you decide what are the best actions for you, so everything is positioned to fit into your lifestyle. Combined with this, she also has methods to gently keep you accountable - should you wish.
I would highly recommend Stephanie to those who want to gain control over their relationship with food - it won't happen over night but I can genuinely understand how her methods will become a part of my lifestyle long-term, rather than just a fad."
"At over 50 years old, questioning my eating habits was long overdue, and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. I was starting to feel and see the effects of not paying enough attention to what I was feeding my body, and was realizing that turning the situation around was only going to get harder with time. I looked to Stephanie to walk me through to establishing a new approach to not only nutrition but to treating myself well.
Stephanie has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and a candid and serene approach to the person as a whole, considering all aspects of my life as she narrowed down on what would work best for my state of fatigue, extra weight, lack of focus and constant state of stress.
I have learned a lot about myself and about how to nurture my body, and I have changed my basic approach to taking care of myself. Stephanie was the key to this turnaround, and the knowledge she has passed on to me keeps me on the right path. She performs changes quietly and naturally, and I could not be happier to have chosen her way."
"I came to see Stephanie to help me with my long-term bad-eating habits and to calm down my addiction to sugar. After a comprehensive consultation, Stephanie guided me through new nutrition patterns, step by step. She always tried to give advices that fit my personal tastes and lifestyle. Her approach is non-judgemental and global. The coaching package was perfect for me with weekly assessments and adjustments on new goals. I ended up reversing my bad habits into good one, feeling lighter (in my body and my mind) and full of energy."
" I came to Stephanie in the hopes of finding a way to deal with my symptoms and control my food cravings. Not only did she help me do so, but she also guided me towards a more healthy and sustainable way of eating with a personalised nutritional plan. Her help has been invaluable to me and I now feel a lot more confident in myself having gained a better understanding of how the food I eat impacts my body. She was so friendly and easy to talk to I would definitely recommend her to friends and family in need of Nutritional Therapy.
“I appreciated Stephanie's help with my diet and lifestyle tremendously. Stephanie made me feel very comfortable when talking about my diet, body, health, and problems. She dealt with things I felt uncomfortable disclosing and always made me feel like I was in the best hands...
I've been a vegetarian for over seven years now and I used to get bad sugar cravings, nap a lot and just feel exhausted, which led me to taking naps rather frequently. Stephanie helped me balance my diet in a way that I can eat normally now, with few alterations to meals I would eat before, and feel energised all day without craving sweets.
The idea of disclosing details about my menstrual issues made me feel rather uncomfortable at first but she was very discreet, dealt with my issues without problem, and found several easy solutions for me to try out until I found something that worked for me.
Stephanie catered everything exactly to my needs. For example I told her I felt unsure about taking supplements because I find it difficult to keep taking them regularly and would prefer to try getting all my nutrients through the food I eat. She provided me with lists of foods containing different nutrients and loads of recipes for me to try out to make sure I got everything I need. Working with everything Stephanie provided for me was very easy and I enjoyed trying out new food combinations. My favourite breakfast now is avocado on whole wheat bread with tomato, sprinkled with nuts and seeds. All in all Stephanie is a lovely woman who dedicates her time and energy to help people to become healthy through way of diet."
