About me

Hello, I’m Stéphanie.

I work with women who struggle with their weight and their relationship with food. If you are worried about your weight, find yourself comfort eating, experiencing low energy or feeling hormonal I would love to help you.

Through packages of support which are bespoke to your needs, I will help you discover how you can have a healthier and happier relationship with food and your body.

My personal experience of emotional eating, and the ongoing struggle to find the right support, led me to train in nutrition and health coaching.

My unique approach, takes into account both your physiological and psychological needs, supporting you to feel energised, healthy and most importantly enjoy your body.

British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.


Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

- Monthly, fortnightly or weekly personal nutrition & coaching sessions face to face and/or Skype/phone.
- Personalised nutrition guidance based on your health goals
- Personal Coaching to support new lifestyle/diet
- Weekly food diary analysis
- Food plans, menus, recipes and help make your nutritional plan work around your lifestyle.
- Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation if applicable

I've been a vegetarian for over seven years now and I used to get bad sugar cravings, nap a lot and just feel exhausted, which led me to taking naps rather frequently. Stephanie helped me balance my diet in a way that I can eat normally now, with few alterations to meals I would eat before, and feel energised all day without craving sweets.
The idea of disclosing details about my menstrual issues made me feel rather uncomfortable at first but she was very discreet, dealt with my issues without problem, and found several easy solutions for me to try out until I found something that worked for me.
Stephanie catered everything exactly to my needs. For example I told her I felt unsure about taking supplements because I find it difficult to keep taking them regularly and would prefer to try getting all my nutrients through the food I eat. She provided me with lists of foods containing different nutrients and loads of recipes for me to try out to make sure I got everything I need. Working with everything Stephanie provided for me was very easy and I enjoyed trying out new food combinations. My favourite breakfast now is avocado on whole wheat bread with tomato, sprinkled with nuts and seeds. All in all Stephanie is a lovely woman who dedicates her time and energy to help people to become healthy through way of diet."
