About me

Are you tired of not knowing how to move forwards? Do you not feel like you anymore? Do you want to feel fab again and get your mojo back? I see you - I've been there!

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist DipION mBANT CNHC.

I see clients on a 1:1 basis, helping them with a variety of concerns such as weight management, gut health, hormonal health, anxiety and skin conditions.  I also run workshops for businesses and write for multiple publications, such as Sheerluxe and Anthea Turner's 'How to Age Well'.

A busy sales job and an active London social life left me feeling low-energy. I desperately wanted information on how to improve her health, but was left confused reading conflicting online articles and taking advice off Instagram!

I decided to study a four-year Nutritional Therapy Diploma at the prestigious and world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, studying the latest evidence-based research from pioneering experts and partaking in clinical practice.

My approach to nutrition is fun and personable. I focus on what we can increase in the diet rather than what we can increase. I'm results-oriented and want to help you reach your goal sustainably.

I share nutrition tips on my Instagram @sophietrotmannutrition and you can find more info on my website www.sophietrotmannutrition.com

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
