About me

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist supporting clients with a number of health-related issues, as well as improving overall health and fitness. If you are looking to lose weight, clear your skin, improve your energy levels or improve your digestion, Nutritional Therapy is right for you.

I offer personalised, diet and lifestyle plans best suited to you. We are all unique and I will never offer a one-size fits all approach. I will guide you through your journey and to help reach your health-related goals.

How a Nutritional Therapy Consultation Works?

In a typical nutritional therapy consultation, I will spend an hour discussing your previous medical health history, looking at all body systems such as cardiovascular health, endocrine system and so on. The initial consultation will cover an in depth discussion of health related goals, the symptoms you would like to address, your health history, relationships with food and lifestyle factors. Within the consultation I will look at a 4-day food diary which will be sent to you to fill in prior to the consultation.

After the initial consultation you will receive a detailed nutrition plan to follow for a period of 4-8 weeks.

The plan will include all dietary and lifestyle recommendations as well as supplements. A follow-up appointment is typically arranged around 4-weeks after the initial consultation to monitor progress.

Where to find me?

My practice is based in South-West London, however, I offer online Skype consultations and a free fifteen-minute call to discuss your requirements and next steps.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
