About me
Personalised Support from Gut and Brain Health Nutritionist
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist at Urban Wellness, an online nutrition and functional medicine clinic helping clients to optimise their brain, mental health and gut health.
At Urban Wellness, we often see clients who have been struggling with their mental wellbeing for years, or have been diagnosed or suspect they may be neurodiverse.
What I do in clinic: I provide one-to-one consultations to support those with digestive complaints, mood disorders and hormonal imbalance. I offer personalised support to get to the root cause of your symptoms, and a nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to resolve these issues.
I work with clients using Practice Better App for online calls. A typical package includes:
- In-depth (90-minute) health assessment, to discuss your symptoms and goals
- Fortnightly (45-minute) follow-up sessions
- Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan
- Access to functional testing and interpretation of GP/private test results
- Supplement recommendations and access to a discount on appropriate supplements
- Assessment for any drug-nutrient interactions with prescribed medications
- Recipes, resources and additional support (where required)
- Access to the Practice Better for your nutrition plan, supporting documents and test results
- Messenger function on Practice Better to ask any questions in-between sessions
If you would like to book a free discovery call – please click on the link above - we can discuss your health goals and what it’s like to work with me as a nutritional therapist.
