About me

Looking for dietary advice you can trust? I'm an experienced and passionate HCPC Registered Dietitian with 9 years' experience. I run a clinic in Bristol where I help clients with diet and nutritional health concerns:

  • Weight loss and weight management
  • Allergies and intolerances
  • Mental health nutrition
  • IBS, gut health, low FODMAP diet
  • Relationship with food
  • High blood pressure, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol

My friendly and approachable manner ensures clients feel completely comfortable that they’re in the best hands. Teamed with my evidence-based approach and continued fascination in everything nutrition and health, you can be sure that the advice you go away with will be sound. I am also trained in behaviour change and motivational techniques for those who need some encouragement and a little nudge in the right direction.

I have been qualified since 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics at University of Surrey and have pursued a career spanning both NHS and private practice ever since.

If you have any questions or to arrange a free consultation, please contact me.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
