About me

I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist (MSc Personalised Nutrition) NLP Practitioner and also a BSL Interpreter.

I work with both Deaf BSL users and Hearing clients looking to improve their health through nutrition.

I specialise in weight loss, autoimmunity, gut health, reducing stress levels and improving energy.

I work with clients through initial 12-week programmes providing personalised nutrition and supplement support.

I offer:

✓ 1:1 bespoke nutrition and supplement programmes
✓ monthly, fortnightly or weekly support
✓ Recipes
✓ Blood test analysis to fine-tune your programme
✓ Face to face in our Rushden clinic, or online via zoom
✓ Wheelchair accessible
✓ BSL consultations available for our Deaf clients

For those looking to work with me on a 1:1 basis, I offer an initial free 30-minute Zoom session where we can discuss your health goals and talk about suitable programmes for your specific needs.

Appointments can be conducted either face to face or online.

** Process of working with me 1:1**
An initial free 30-minute call/Zoom is welcomed.
Between us, once I have heard more about your current health concerns and goals we can decide on the plan and initial time frame of support required.

Once payment is received I will send you a detailed health questionnaire that needs to be completed, along with a 3-day food diary. This gives you a chance to detail any medication, genetic history, family illnesses etc along with your signs and symptoms.

This enables me to start my research so I can create a bespoke nutritional plan for you. We will then have our 1st face to face or online consultation (approx 1 hour), where I can go through this in detail.

From there I will then create your own nutrition plan and advice which will be tweaked as we go through the programme. I may also ask for certain blood tests to be run via your GP ( we will discuss this) depending on our consultation and your own needs. Working together is key so we can get results for you.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
