A story about my health journey
I have worked in the banking industry for many years, working very long hours and sometimes neglecting my personal needs and my well-being till I started having major gut and skin issues. I was so worried and exhausted from not knowing what would cause my gut to flare up, constantly researching as to why I had skin issues and switching from diet to diet, and I even went to the extreme approach of not eating anymore not to cause a reaction. All that happened was I ended up thin and unhealthy and my problems were still there.
When I found the nutrition approach that worked for me, I did realise how important it was to pause and look at my diet and my overall health. Once things started to improve, so did my mental health, my energy levels, my ability to function at work and my social interactions.
Today, I use my learning and my experience to support my clients in finding the nutritional approach that works for them, and I love to educate and equip my clients to make independent decisions about their health concerns.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have qualified as a Nutritional therapist, after 3 years of Naturopathic Nutrition study at the Natural Healthcare College in London.
I love using my experience and expertise to support, educate and empower my clients to take responsibility for their own health, effectively serving as a food mentor, and equip them to deal with their major health concerns and the stresses of the day-to-day life.
