About me

As a naturopathic nutritional therapist I aim to help clients achieve optimum health and vitality through nutrition and lifestyle. I work on a personal one to one basis.

I am passionate to help others make changes that bring benefits. By assessing nutritional deficiencies within one's current diet a plan can be formulated providing guidelines for a balanced intake of nutrients and hydration and identify foods containing required nutrients.

My approach is friendly, understanding and encouraging whilst maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

I am committed to ongoing professional development to remain up to date with my knowledge of the very latest in evidence-based nutritional research and practise.  Currently I am studying Iridology as this will prove to be a positive addition to my work.

I am based just three miles from Conwy Castle in a beautiful quiet location.  Just a ten minute drive from the Castle.   When appointments are made a confirmation letter is provided with directions.  Within a ten mile radius of Conwy I am happy to carry out the appointment in your own home.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
