About me

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and full member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and Complementary & Natural Health Care Council based in South Wales. I also offer Skype, Zoom and telephone consultations.

Is your weight bothering you? Are your hormones playing havoc with your body and taking over your life? If you are 45+ and feel as if you are waging a losing war with food and your body, I understand and can help

Diet can have an enormous impact on health and there are some diet related lifestyle conditions where a change in diet can have a very positive impact. I can also help with these.

Every one of us has unique requirements for diet and well being based on age, gender and health background.  I am trained to work on both male and female diet related issues.

If you have any of the diet related conditions identified below or would like to ensure your diet contains enough of the right nutrients for good dietary health, please email or phone me for an initial discussion.

I offer one to one and small group consultations. Advice is based on the latest scientific evidence and is personalised in a practical way to support immediate and long term results.

Laboratory testing and supplement advice is available if necessary. Food intolerance testing is also available.

If you would like to make your long term diet healthier and lose weight but still enjoy life's simple pleasures, call on 07584 417654 or email info@nourishingtimes.co.uk
