About me

Hey, I’m Shani! I’m a Nutritional Therapist, and I’m all about helping women take control of their health with a no-judgement, no-diet, all-inclusive approach to nutrition.

I’ve got personal experience to back up my passion. I live with a disability and various health conditions so I know firsthand how tough it can be to juggle your health while trying to live your best life.

My philosophy? No fad diets, no restrictions, no pressure. Instead, I’ll help you build realistic, personalised plans that work for you. Whether it’s tweaking your diet, fine-tuning your lifestyle, or figuring out the right supplements, we’ll create something that feels doable and makes you feel amazing.

I work with women to address health concerns like:

  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Weight struggles
  • Digestive discomfort
  • General wellbeing

If you’re ready to ditch the pressure and start feeling good in a way that works for your life, I’d love to help. Let’s find a way of eating, moving, and living that actually feels good.

info Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
