About me
I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I can support with gut issues such as bloating, irregular bowel and many more.
I am currently running a number of my consultations online, but I do have a consultation room in Apothecary 27 health food shop in Haslemere, where I hold in-person appointments.
I spend a lot of one-on-one time with my clients in order to get an in-depth understanding of their health needs and the health journey they have been on.
I’ll take a detailed case history during your consultation. This will allow us to identify the possible root causes of your health concerns. Together, we will explore your family medical history, symptoms in each body system and recent triggers, alongside the imbalances in the body that have resulted in your current health struggles.
Functional testing may be recommended to complement the information gathered during the case history. Examples include: stool gut testing, thyroid function testing and a hormone panel. Functional testing clarifies our direction, enabling us to create a targeted plan.
Supplements may be suggested along with your personal nutrition plan to support your health journey. While the goal should be to get the majority of nutrients from food, supplements can speed up improvements. This is especially important in cases of depletion.

Further information
I am endlessly impressed and amazed by the human body. The more I study it and work with it, the more I am astonished by the human body’s phenomenal capacity (given the right ingredients and support) to heal itself.
I have learnt that given the correct internal and external environment, including a healthy state of mind and the right balance of nutrients, exercise and relaxation, there is virtually nothing that the body cannot overcome.
