My name is Sarah, I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach based in the beautiful town of Shrewsbury. I work with busy,  health-conscious mid-life women in their 40s and 50s who want to stop suffering in silence about their hormone struggles, so that they can regain control of their emotions, and energy, without feeling restricted in their food choices, and in ways that will easily fit into their already demanding lives.

My commitment to you:

I am a fully qualified, BANT registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with over 4 years of experience.

My passion is to put good nutrition at the heart of a person's wellbeing. I work with my clients on a 1-2-1 basis to deliver practical, manageable and effective nutrition and lifestyle plans. I can also recommend functional testing and supplementation where this is considered beneficial to a client's health and wellness goals. I provide an educational and supportive role to enable my clients to make positive changes for their long-term health goals.

I am a practitioner in the Nutri-Advanced Nutri Clean Detox and Fat loss Programmes, and the new Perimenopause Programme. I am accredited in the Hifas de Terra Introduction to Mycotherapy programme and I am also licensed to deliver the Cytoplan Brain Health programme. I am a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) and I have completed the CNM clinical assistant supervisor programme in Birmingham supporting students in their final year of Clinical Practice.

I also deliver Corporate Nutritional programmes and talks to organisations and charities.

I am a firm believer in putting science behind all of my recommendations, regularly attending seminars and keeping up to date on the latest research into nutrition.

"Sarah thank you so much from Montgomery Ouch group. Your information on anti-inflammatory nutrition and ways to include this into the diet was very informative. We were very impressed at the way you presented your talk and look forward to having you back. - Sandi Coppi"

"I feel really good now. On the outside, my skin is clearer and there is an improvement to my skin condition. My nails are stronger and my hair is in better condition. I have also lost weight naturally. On the inside I feel I am able to concentrate better and generally have a sense of wellbeing - JC"

"Sarah has been really approachable and supportive through my whole programme and she made it easy to talk so openly to her. She always continued to motivate me and gave me so much information into how my body works and why I was experiencing the symptoms I was - MB"

"Sarah put me at ease straight away and really took the time to understand my history and my lifestyle and made recommendations of what I should and shouldn't be eating, what supplements I should take and tips for lifestyle adjustments. In just a couple of weeks, I felt great, lost weight and my emotional wellbeing improved. It has been worth every penny as I'm pleased to say we are officially pregnant! - CN"

"I can honestly say that I am feeling so much better than I have in recent years - EM"

"I invited Sarah to talk at our Wellness Day Retreat; she spoke about nutrition, food and digestion and our gut function.
