About me
As a Registered Naturopathic Nutritionist, I help my clients improve their overall health through diet, lifestyle, and emotional well-being, looking at the whole body and history of the person, rather than just the symptoms.
Blending science-based Nutritional Therapy with natural approaches like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, and Herbalism, I provide holistic support to help your body heal naturally.
With my clients, I strive to understand not only their symptoms and how these may have manifested in their lives and bodies, but also to connect with them as individuals. I explore how their thoughts influence their health, their habits, and how to transform the part of them that genuinely wants to heal but, deep down, fears change.
We are all different, and what works for one person may not work for another. This is one of the core principles of Naturopathy - and one of its greatest strengths. Through the results I see in my clients, I’m reminded of this truth time and time again.
