About me

I am a Degree Qualified Nutritional Therapist who has been working at Woodside Clinic in Dunstable for almost 8 yrs. I am passionate about promoting good health through good Nutrition.

As a Nutritionist I will work with you to create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme to address nutritional balance, promote a sense of well being and improve energy levels.

I also provide food intolerance testing in clinic using The Food Detective test kit. The test is quick and easy and the results are available within 40min.
