About me

A qualified Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer working with people looking to change their health, nutrition and fitness.

Combining a science based approach with practical, achievable and interesting plans that suit you and your family’s lifestyles whilst helping you make the changes you are looking to make. I am passionate about helping my clients redefine their approach to nutrition and fitness.

Making a change is a daunting prospect and you need to be comfortable with the person you embark on this journey with so I offer a free 15 minute phone chat, to help you understand how I can help you.

After that you will be required to complete a pre consultation questionnaire and then we will have our initial consultation, which will be an in depth discussion about your health history, current health, nutritional choices, emotional health, overall wellbeing as well as focusing on those areas of specific concern. I will provide you with an individualised plan, supplements (if required) and support to help you make the changes you are looking for.
