Rosie Weston dipCNM mBANT rCNHC
I first felt the effects of nutrition when it was suggested to me to remove dairy from my diet to see if it made any different in the spots I had been suffering with for years. It did. Since this moment I have not looked back and have continued to learn and grow as a nutritional therapist.
I quit my career in the fashion industry to do something more fulfilling with my life, I've definitely found my calling.
What I can help with
I love to support women with hormonal balance issues as well as any reproductive health complaints. Helping couples to create the healthy happy family of which they have always dreamt fills my heart with joy.
How I work
Firstly we will have a quick chat on the phone, this is to make sure I am the right practitioner for you. If I don't think I am, I will refer you. We will briefly go over your goals and reason for contacting me.
The initial appointment can last up to 1.5 hours. I will take an extensive case history from you, after the appointment I will put together a plan for you, and email this to you with possible supplement recommendations as well as a shopping list if needed. I also offer my trade discount on supplements and testing.
The follow up appointment can be anywhere between 8- 12 weeks after the initial. The diet and lifestyle plan should be followed for the whole time. In the follow up we will go over your previous complaints and see if they have changed and if you have any new symptoms.
You may require further follow ups depending on your situation.
