I’m Rosie Tadman (DipCNM, BANT, CNHC Reg), a certified Nutritional Therapist with a passion for empowering women through health and wellness. Based in Chorlton, Manchester, I work with clients across the UK and beyond via Zoom and in-person consultations.

Why Work with Me?

As a woman, your body is unique, and I am here to help you understand it better. My approach combines science with traditional wisdom, focusing on identifying the root causes of health issues rather than simply masking the symptoms. From gut health to hormonal balance, I guide you through your individual journey to optimal health.

How I Support Women’s Health

I specialise in working with women across various life stages, helping them embrace their unique biological rhythms. Whether you’re in your 20s or 70s, I’m here to help you feel your best.

info Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

Common Issues I Help With:

- Feeling “Bleugh”: If you’re feeling off but unsure why, I help cut through the confusion, especially if you’ve been bogged down by years of diet culture.
Struggling with gut health? I work to uncover the root causes of digestive health.

- Pregnancy & Postpartum: Whether you’re planning for pregnancy or navigating the postpartum phase, I offer personalised nutritional plans to support you and your growing family.

- Fertility Issues: If you’ve been trying to conceive, I offer guidance. I also support those planning IUI, IVF, or ICSI.

- Men’s Preconception & Sperm Health
Although I focus primarily on female health, I also work with men in one specific area: sperm health. If you’re planning to conceive, optimising sperm count, motility, and DNA fragmentation is as crucial as egg health. I provide tailored nutritional advice to improve male fertility outcomes.
