About me

I am a registered nutritional therapist in Nottingham and am celebrating 13 years in practice in 2019.

My clients' health concerns are many and varied and include weight management, healthy ageing, increased energy levels, hormonal balance, healthy skin, autoimmune conditions and gut problems; I am a coach for Metabolic Balance®, the anti-inflammatory natural weight management and hormone-balancing programme.

Here's what one of my clients says,  “I really can’t thank you enough. I have now had the appointment with my consultant and I have been discharged from her care as my womb is fibroid free!!! My periods have resumed back to a normal flow and are every 28 days which I am pleased about. Overall I feel great and I am not getting those cravings as much as I was before. My initial consultation with you was invaluable; your expertise and knowledge in the field of nutrition are amazing.”

I also write a healthy eating blog (Nutri Natters which is available on my website); all of the recipes on my blog are designed to be anti-inflammatory and most are gluten-free.

I offer wellbeing solutions in the workplace, including on-to-one consultations and workshops. After a career in the IT industry, i understand the demands that a busy working life places on health.

Consultations are face-to-face, by telephone or Skype. Please call or email me to arrange a free 10-minute chat to discuss your particular health concerns before booking a consultation.
