About Me
Struggling with your health can feel frustrating, exhausting, and even isolating - I know because I’ve been there. My own personal health journey led me to become a nutritional therapist, and now I’m passionate about helping others take control of their well-being.
I specialise in gut health, weight loss, blood sugar imbalances, skin health, and energy levels. Using a science-backed, holistic approach, I help clients uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans that deliver real, lasting results. I also offer a range of functional tests for digestive health, intolerances, allergies, and more, giving us valuable insights to tailor your plan effectively.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as a Nutritional Therapist at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (London) where I gained 200hours practical experience and started my own private practice May 2021. I mainly work online, however do see clients in-person if within easy driving distance.
I am also a member of BANT and CNHC.
Member organisations

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists. There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member. All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

- Initial consultation with a detailed assessment of your medical history, dietary habits, lifestyle, presenting symptoms, review of bodily systems & your goals.
- Recommendation of supplements and possible medication interactions, if applicable.
- Recommendation of possible functional tests and interpretation thereof, if applicable.
- Creating a personalised food and lifestyle plan.
- Resources to support recommendations such as recipes, meal plans, shopping advice etc.
- Coaching to support your new goals.
- Email support.
- Follow-up consultations and review calls applicable to each Package.
