About me

About me

I am a wife, mother of four young children and a qualified naturopathic nutritional therapist & health coach. My passion is helping others overcome their health and lifestyle challenges and supporting them through their own unique journey towards wholeness. I work with busy, stressed & tired parents who want to invest in their own wellbeing and create a healthier family life but don’t know where to start.

My Approach

I understand that changing your eating and lifestyle habits is not an easy process. There is no quick fix. It takes small, manageable steps as well as time to integrate new ways, change thought patterns and reach your goals. My approach is therefore based on a step-by-step programme, avoiding feeling overwhelmed and building a strong foundation that will last for life. I use the Naturopathic Nutritional principles and create personalised, unique plans for each client with care and understanding. I firmly believe that we were created to prosper and flourish in spirit, soul, and body.

I can help you regain your spark and together we can work towards your goals.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained as a Nutritional Therapist at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (London) where I gained 200hours practical experience and started my own private practice May 2021. I mainly work online, however do see clients in-person if within easy driving distance.

I am also a member of BANT and CNHC.

TESTIMONIALS

“I was feeling exhausted all the time so working with Ricarda over the last few months has not only helped me regain energy but get rid of the brain fog I was having and she helped me identify foods that might be causing a problem or to see if I had any intolerances. Once she put me on the right supplement  and food plan, I could feel the difference within two days. If you are struggling with fatigue or even just trying to figure out a healthy eating plan, do not hesitate to contact Ricarda. She is amazing and will most definitely help support to your body.” R.P. - London

“I completed a 12 week program with Ricarda and made a full recovery after struggling with symptoms for 6 months! Based on her review of my eating habits and food choices, she suggested several useful supplements and also requested blood tests from my GP. This was a tremendous help in my journey to full recovery from stomach pain and a sensitive gut that was prone to bloating. Sometimes lifestyle changes and ultimately a resolute faith in God as our healer, is the last resort but in my case the only one that worked! Ricarda has a holistic approach and went far beyond my expectations in creating written food and supplement plans, recipes and even exercises. I can highly recommend her to anyone.” J.B. - London
