About me
About me
Because of my own personal health journey I decided to become a nutritional therapist and I now am passionate about helping you make a lasting change. The road to better health starts with a single step and then consistency. I work with gut issues, blood sugar imbalances as well as skin health and energy levels. I also offer testing for cellular health, digestive health, intolerances, allergies and more.
My Approach
I understand that changing your eating and lifestyle habits is not an easy process. There is no quick fix. It takes small, manageable steps as well as time to integrate new ways, change thought patterns and reach your goals. My approach is therefore based on a step-by-step programme, avoiding feeling overwhelmed and building a strong foundation that will last for life. I use a holistic approach, looking at food, lifestyle, testing and supplements, and create personalised, unique plans for each client with care and understanding. I firmly believe that we were created to prosper and flourish in spirit, soul, and body.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as a Nutritional Therapist at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (London) where I gained 200hours practical experience and started my own private practice May 2021. I mainly work online, however do see clients in-person if within easy driving distance.
I am also a member of BANT and CNHC.
Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists. There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member. All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
