Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Client reviews

"A fountain of knowledge, love the eclectic approach to health, fitness and diet . Always one eye on your mental well-being too which is so important. Lovely recipe recommendations, supplements that I didn’t even know existed and all backed with lots of research . She is so easy to talk too, obviously cares a lot about her clients and it shows. Has helped support me pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and now during the early days of being a new mum for the second time and breast feeding"

"I came to see Becky after one year of struggling with sleep. In first consultation she came back with a detailed and achievable protocol. Her recommendations included nutrition, supplements and also lifestyle changes. After two weeks of following them, I slept through my first night! Since then, I am really happy with my progress and so thankful for her help"

"Had 2 consultations with Rebekah- she takes her time to go into detail about your lifestyle and health from a child to present. Her extensive knowledge is evident both about nutrition, but also general lifestyle choices. I have made some recommended changes to my lifestyle and have felt so much difference in just a few weeks. Highly recommend!"

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
