About me

Wild Roots Nutrition is a friendly welcoming Nutritional Therapy clinic based in South Manchester. I work with busy women, just like you, who are experiencing overwhelm or maybe even burnout to feel healthier, happier and energised. I offer a range of Wildly Well personalised programmes to support you to achieve your health goals. I work with a wide variety of conditions but specialise in managing stress, burnout, weight loss including binge eating and sleep through nutrition and lifestyle

It can be a bit daunting and confusing about where to find support with a health condition. I offer a complimentary 30 minute Healthy Me review session to find out more about you are feeling, how you would like to feel and any barriers which may be getting in the way. You will also recieve a few recommendations so you can get started right away

I look forward to hearing from you

Warm wishes
