Wild Roots Nutrition -Rebekah Esdale DipNT RMN mBANT CNHC
Wild Roots Nutrition is a friendly welcoming Nutritional Therapy clinic based in South Manchester. I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years experience working in the NHS. I work with busy women who are experiencing high levels of stress and at risk of burnout. I offer personalised 12 week programmes which includes nutrition and lifestyle advice as well as nurse coaching to support behaviour change. Through regular sessions you will feel supported and empowered to make sustainable changes to your health.
I know it can can be a bit daunting and confusing about where to find the right support and a therapist who is a good fit. I offer a complimentary 30 minute session at my clinic or online. This is a great opportunity to review your current health and explore how you would really like to feel as well as any barriers which may be getting in the way. You will also receive a few recommendations to take away so you can get started right immediately
If you are ready and fully committed to prioritising your health please get in touch
"A fountain of knowledge, love the eclectic approach to health, fitness and diet . Always one eye on your mental well-being too which is so important. Lovely recipe recommendations, supplements that I didn’t even know existed and all backed with lots of research . She is so easy to talk too, obviously cares a lot about her clients and it shows. Has helped support me pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and now during the early days of being a new mum for the second time and breast feeding"
"I came to see Becky after one year of struggling with sleep. In first consultation she came back with a detailed and achievable protocol. Her recommendations included nutrition, supplements and also lifestyle changes. After two weeks of following them, I slept through my first night! Since then, I am really happy with my progress and so thankful for her help"
"Had 2 consultations with Rebekah- she takes her time to go into detail about your lifestyle and health from a child to present. Her extensive knowledge is evident both about nutrition, but also general lifestyle choices. I have made some recommended changes to my lifestyle and have felt so much difference in just a few weeks. Highly recommend!"
