About me

Rebecca Vincent is a Nutritional Therapist based in Wincanton, who studied at The University of West London completing a BSc in Nutritional Therapy.

Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based complementary therapy that assesses an individual’s health status and identifies potential biochemical imbalances that are driving that person’s symptoms and conditions. Then, through a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, tailored to fit your life,  works to address these imbalances and enhance health and wellbeing. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health, everything is tailored to the individual, while we may suffer the same condition or symptom, we each took a different path to get there!

Do you suffer with low energy, blood sugar, digestion or hormonal imbalances, or struggle to lose weight? Nutritional Therapy can help to support you with these issues and many more. Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for conventional medicine but works alongside to promote health and help the individual feel better in themselves.

Rebecca has a passion to help others improve their quality of life through personalised nutrition and lifestyle interventions and works closely with local businesses to encourage Wincanton, and the surrounding areas, to be a haven of health!

Testimonials:

“Rebecca was amazing! She helped me with my sleep, stopped me from feeling bloated after every meal and my general all round energy and motivation. Rebecca created a relaxed and judgement free atmosphere and you can tell she genuinely cares and wanted the best result for you. She was always available to answer any questions and give advice. I have learnt so much, I would definitely recommend.”

“Rebecca was lovely to work with to help sort my issues. She is very knowledgeable and has lots of recommendations and recipes. She checked in often and could always offer advice when needed. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone who needs it.”
-Z

"Just had my first appointment and it was brilliant. So enlightening and I was really surprised to hear that what I thought were really bad habits are not quite so bad after all. The “bad” stuff that I do (deli lunches every day) can be rebalanced by simple tweaks rather than massive changes. Really looking forward to this journey back to hormone health and weight management with Becky to guide me." - S

“I have been struggling with diet and my weight for a fair few years now and the diets I tried just weren't making a difference. Rebecca taught me more about the different food groups and which foods have the best nutritional value and also taught me that I didn’t necessarily have to go without the foods I loved. I am more confident in preparing meals and I thoroughly enjoy the recipes that Rebecca gave me. I managed to lose over 18 pounds within the first few months and overall felt healthier and happier. My main reason for seeing Rebecca was because I was told that to qualify for NHS fertility assistance I would need to lose 2 BMI points. I lost 5 BMI points and managed to get pregnant naturally. I believe I have the knowledge now to keep the weight off and keep a healthy mind set. The support throughout from Rebecca was second to none and I'm so glad to have her as my nutritionist!” - C
