Hello, I'm Rebecca,
I’m a registered nutritionist (ANutr) with a MSc in Human Nutrition (distinction). My nutrition advice and guidance follows an evidence-based approach which means it follows the latest research in this field.
I also believe:
that food is essential to life, so let's eat well* and enjoy it
*Eat well = healthy, balanced & sustainable choices (where possible!)
I support my clients to follow sustainable healthy eating practices and make lifestyle adjustments rather than restricting foods or food groups. In my one:one consultations we will explore your current dietary habits and concerns and focus on maintaining a happy and healthy relationship with food.
How to get started?
Please contact me for a free 15 minute discovery call. We will be able to discuss how I can help you and you can ask me any questions you might have. Following this call, I can advise you further about the number of consultations I think would be beneficial. I always advise an initial consultation and a follow up, but in some cases further follow up may be required.
What will the initial consultation involve?
The initial consultation will cover the topics below:
- 1 hour
- Detailed dietary and lifestyle assessment
- Discuss your health goals
- Dietary advice tailored to your specific requirements
- Follow-up plan providing a summary of the advice and supporting information
Currently, I am running all sessions online through Zoom. This platform still provides an opportunity for you to receive the same advice and guidance as if we were meeting in person. You will also be able to ask any questions throughout the consultation.

I am also available to support corporate nutrition and wellbeing days and provide nutrition consultancy and nutrition/health writing services. Having spent 10+ years in the healthcare PR industry I combine my PR agency experience with a creative and flexible approach to communication projects.
