About me

Hello, I'm Rebecca,

I’m a registered nutritionist (ANutr) with a MSc in Human Nutrition (distinction). My nutrition advice and guidance follows an evidence-based approach which means it follows the latest research in this field.

I also believe:

that food is essential to life, so let's eat well* and enjoy it

*Eat well = healthy, balanced & sustainable choices (where possible!)

I support my clients to follow sustainable healthy eating practices and make lifestyle adjustments rather than restricting foods or food groups. In my one:one consultations we will explore your current dietary habits and concerns and focus on maintaining a happy and healthy relationship with food.

How to get started?

Please contact me for a free 15 minute discovery call. We will be able to discuss how I can help you and you can ask me any questions you might have. Following this call, I can advise you further about the number of consultations I think would be beneficial. I always advise an initial consultation and a follow up, but in some cases further follow up may be required.

What will the initial consultation involve?

The initial consultation will cover the topics below:

  • 1 hour
  • Detailed dietary and lifestyle assessment
  • Discuss your health goals
  • Dietary advice tailored to your specific requirements
  • Follow-up plan providing a summary of the advice and supporting information

Currently, I am running all sessions online through Zoom. This platform still provides an opportunity for you to receive the same advice and guidance as if we were meeting in person. You will also be able to ask any questions throughout the consultation.

My areas of speciality are:

  • Eating healthily during lockdown
  • Nutrition MOT
  • Gut health
  • Considerations for vegetarians or vegans/plant-based diets
  • Feeding babies, children and teens including weaning and fussy eating
  • Struggling with weight gain
  • Pregnancy & postnatal
  • Tired or low energy
  • Eating to support your immune system
  • Sports nutrition (amateur rather than professional).

I am also available to support corporate nutrition and wellbeing days and provide nutrition consultancy and nutrition/health writing services. Having spent 10+ years in the healthcare PR industry I combine my PR agency experience with a creative and flexible approach to communication projects.

What do my clients say?

The Happy Birth Club Parent, Weaning Workshop
"This was a perfect introduction to weaning with all topics covered in a friendly and informative session. I left equipped with more knowledge to tackle weaning successfully. Thank you"

One:one, mother of two
"Rebecca assisted me in looking at what my eating habits were in conjunction with my lifestyle and sleeping habits and pulled together a holistic view of where I could make changes. When we met the changes she suggested were very practical and easy to implement but also impactful. She listened to my specific needs and was able to design a way of eating which resulted in me having more energy and feeling more balanced at the end of the day. I found my session very beneficial and would highly recommend Rebecca."

One:one, infant fussy eating
"I had a great one:one consultation with Rebecca about my 18 month old's fussy phase. She was incredibly reassuring and supportive - identifying a few key areas where I could make some changes. This session really helped to allay my worries."

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.
