Your Initial 90 minute consultation is Free
- We use this time to talk in detail about your medical history, family history, body systems, food intake, lifestyle and health goals.
- This is an opportunity for you to really think about where you are in terms of health and where you want to be.
I will create an individualised nutrition plan that focusses on both diet and lifestyle along with supporting long term behaviour change. Your plan may include recommendations for private diagnostic testing or supplements to help measure and support your health goals.
Your 45 minute Follow Up consultation will be an opportunity for us to talk about what worked and did not work with the plan and set out a focus for the next steps. This consultation may also include analysis of test results.
