About me

Please call for a free 30 min discovery call to discuss how I can help you.

I am a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and nutritional therapist.

Backed by the most up-to-date scientific research and using the functional medicine model, I help clients to achieve their highest state of wellbeing.

At Bexology our belief is that great health begins with making informed lifestyle choices. We offer realistic, honest nutrition advice and eliminate fake news to bring clarity to the world of nutrition and wellbeing.

I want to educate people about food the way I was, so you too can discover and celebrate nutritious food, and in turn realise that it is possible to reach your highest state of wellbeing.

Based in London and Kent, I offer personalised advice and support. Incorporating the most up-to-date scientific research and using the functional medicine model, I help clients to achieve long-term health and wellbeing. I also work online so that I can help people all over the world represented by my international client base.

During the initial 1-1.5hr consultation we will get to know each other, so I can understand what you are trying to achieve and then delve deep into your medical history to try and find the root causes to your symptoms.

In some cases, I may also refer for testing if I feel it would allow us to gain a deeper understanding of the health issues we are targeting.

I can assist with:

Hormone balance
Cardiovascular support
Skin: skin issues and how to look 10 years younger
Immune system support
Energy revitalisation
Stress management
Weight gain and weight loss
And many more…

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
