About me

Hi, I’m Rebecca and I am a registered nutritional therapist. I specialise in all aspects around pregnancy. I work with women and their partners who are struggling to conceive or maintain a pregnancy, those who want to prepare their bodies for pregnancy, supporting them through pregnancy on their journey to parenthood.

I offer personalised 1:1 Nutrition consultations with different levels of support depending on your needs.

The fertility hour:
A 1:1 hour session with me to ask anything you want from cycle charting to dietary concerns. You will receive actionable steps towards your goals. Ideal for someone who is not ready to commit to a full programme but would like to gets started.

1 month programme:
Ideal for those already in the process of receiving treatment or going down the assisted conception route. Often you will have little control over timescales of treatment so this programme offers you the chance to hit the ground running with a diet, lifestyle and supplement plan and ongoing support throughout the month.

3 month programme:
My most popular programme that provides support over 3 months with a personalised programme to optimise your fertility & health. You will receive regular check ins for support & guidance.

3 month Couples programme:
For the best results in boosting fertility and chances of conceiving it is Important to work together as a couple. You will both receive Initial consultations and follow up appointments along with combined appointments and reviews. Working collectively to achieve your goals.

I started Guided Nutrition to help others achieve their dreams of becoming a parent, I know how tough it is to badly want that little bundle to complete your family unit.
