As a nutritionist and medical doctor, I understand how it can sometimes feel that we are merely surviving, instead of thriving. Lifestyle factors such as nutrition are of paramount importance for good health, yet often take a back seat amidst busy lifestyles. Having myself experienced health challenges in the past, I know how health can slip into a steady decline, and how debilitating this can become. However, it doesn’t have to be this way.
Using an integrative approach, I combine my background as an NHS hospital doctor and certified health coach with masters' degree level training in nutrition and further training in functional medicine, to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome. I am continually impressed by the powerful effects of nutritional adjustments on health and wellbeing.
