Rebecca Hancock Nutrition
I’m Rebecca Hancock, I live in a village nestled between Saffron Walden and Cambridge. I first discovered Nutritional Therapy through my own health issues and it has transformed the way I live my life. I specialise in general nutritional health support with a special interest in auto-immune. I work within the knowledge that everyone is genetically unique and requires an individual approach to their well being. Through comprehensive health and nutritional assessment, I will tailor a nutrition plan designed specifically for you.
I passionately believe that the first step in many health conditions should be an assessment in diet and lifestyle. This is based on my belief that given the right circumstances, the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Based on the principles of functional medicine, I seek to support the whole body and the underlying causes of your symptoms. It is my passion to share with you how to implement these principles in order to be the best version of yourself and to enjoy your life to its fullest.
I think you will be pleasantly surprised to discover how a few simple changes to your diet and lifestyle can make to your overall well being.
I would be delighted to work with you to support you in implementing these changes. To arrange a free 20 minute consultation (either by phone or Skype) please contact me on 07970 932296 or via e-mail.
I look forward to hearing from you.
